The Adventure Safety Conference offers partial scholarships, typically covering 50% of the registration fee, to support participation from professionals who may otherwise face financial barriers. These scholarships are intended to promote diversity, inclusion and accessibility within the adventure, travel, experiential and outdoor communities.
Scholarship Details
Scholarships may be funded by Viristar or supported by conference sponsors. Scholarships are limited and subject to available funding.
Scholarships apply to the main conference registration fee only. They do not cover:
- Pre-conference workshops
- Post-conference workshops
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Meals outside of provided conference meals
- Other travel or attendance-related expenses
Applicants requesting support must submit a brief statement of need and professional background.
Scholarship recipients are selected at Viristar’s discretion.
Scholarship applications close on September 1, 2027. Scholarship recipients must complete conference registration by September 17, 2027. Scholarships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they are awarded.
